Dry needling can help with improving range of motion, decreasing pain, and accelerating recovery. At our clinic we use a range of manual therapy techniques including massage, dry needling, and cupping to help you move better, feel better, and do whatever it is you desire to do!
We can help you recover better, move better, and reduce aches and pain.
At empowerHer, we can help you feel better through a variety of manual therapy techniques like cupping, assisted stretching and mobility, dry needling, and massage. What is Dry Needling?
Dry needling is a safe and effective method to decrease pain and improve mobility in a variety of areas. It is a technique that uses a very thin and small filament type needle to treat point in the body that can be difficult to assess.
Dr. Emily Kadish decided to become certified in dry needling after experiencing its amazing benefits during her own rehab.
It is a very effective technique for lots of areas of the body including, but not limited to, the shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, the head and neck, and more.

Most patients report that they feel nothing at all or very little discomfort during treatment. We work to ensure that treatment is as comfortable as possible at all times.
